SleekKitBox ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.

1. Information We Collect

PDF tool uploads. When you use our PDF tools, uploaded file contents are sent to our server for processing. An hourly cleanup task deletes temporary working files it finds that are older than 60 minutes. Actual retention may be longer if a cleanup run is delayed or deletion fails. This does not cover attachments submitted with feedback or custom-template requests, which are handled as described below.

Invoice generator history. When you create an invoice in the main invoice generator, we save the sender and client details, line items, amounts, notes and invoice dates to the application database and associate them with your browser session. This supports invoice history and saved-client autofill. Use the “Clear saved invoices & clients” control in the history section to delete those records for your current session, or email us for help with a deletion request. The application does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to these records. Keep the session cookie private because it is used to retrieve this session's history. Download a copy for your own records; this tool is not a permanent business-record archive.

Document template forms. Values are sent to our server when you generate a PDF and, for paged live previews, while the preview is rendered. Standard single-page invoice previews run in your browser. The template generator does not intentionally save submitted field values or completed PDFs to the application's database or permanent file storage. Paged preview PDFs are held in session-bound server memory and expire after two minutes without activity. Drafts for the construction and cleaning document packs are stored in session storage in the current browser tab. Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive data unless a form specifically requires it and you have reviewed how it is handled.

Generation records created by an earlier version of the template feature may remain in the database; this code change does not remove historical records. There is no self-service control for these older template records. To ask about one, email hello@sleekkitbox.com with the template name and approximate generation date. Do not include sensitive form contents in your email.

Feedback and Custom Template Requests. When you submit feedback or a custom template request, we store your name, email address, message, and any files you attach so we can respond to you. This data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Usage Data. The site and third-party services may process information about pages visited, tool use, referrer, browser or device, and online identifiers. Whether a service can associate this information with a person depends on the service, its settings and applicable law; we do not describe all usage data as anonymous.

Cookies and advertising. We use a language cookie for site functionality. This website loads the Google AdSense script after page load. Google AdSense and other third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies and process online identifiers and device information for advertising, measurement, security or related purposes. Ad personalization and consent messages depend on publisher-account configuration; the current site code does not gate this script on an on-page consent choice. The publisher must verify the required consent setup for each region before serving ads there.

3. PDF Tool File Cleanup

Feedback and custom-template attachments follow their separate retention described above. Temporary-file cleanup is not a substitute for your own copy of a completed document.

4. Third-Party Services

Google AdSense is used to serve or measure advertising. Google and any analytics, hosting or infrastructure providers may process technical information under their own privacy terms. We do not guarantee that third-party data is anonymous or that it is processed only in the visitor's country. Review the providers' current policies and settings before using the site.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing.
